After Kamala’s Approval Ratings Crater – The Vice President’s Comms Director Decides To Abandon Her

President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have seen their job performance ratings take a dive in recent months. Many attribute it to the ailing economy and questionable policies.

Some surveys put Biden’s approval rating as low as 36 percent, while some say VP Harris’ rating is even lower. And with tough conditions for the holidays, the numbers might sink farther.

Maybe that’s why one of the Vice President’s top staff members is quitting.

There have been reports of tension at the White House, including rumors that Biden and Harris aren’t getting along. Internal sources claim she’s upset at not playing a larger role in Washington.

And some Democrat leaders have blamed Harris’ low popularity numbers on racism or sexism (or both), though Republicans and right-wing citizens disagree.

Most simply say neither Biden nor Harris is doing a very good job, and they’re not keeping their promises to America. They claim that this, and this alone, has resulted in plummeting approval numbers.

Either way, we’ve already seen several high-profile resignations on Capitol Hill.

And now another has left: it’s the Vice President’s communications director, Ashley Etienne. According to Fox News, she handed in her resignation on Thursday.

The White House issued the following statement:

Ashley is a valued member of the vice president’s team, who has worked tirelessly to advance the goals of this administration.

She is leaving the office in December to pursue other opportunities.

They didn’t say why Etienne is quitting, but many believe it’s due to Harris’ declining popularity.

After all, according to a RealClearPolitics poll, the Vice President’s approval rating is threatening to drop below 40%. While other polls actually place her far lower, some even below 30%.

That’s even lower than Biden, which came in at 42.3 percent in the RealClearPolitics survey.

And in a USA Today/Suffolk University poll, Harris only registered 28 percent approval, with Biden coming in at 38 percent. These are startlingly low statistics, and indicate widespread citizen frustration.

Reports show that many Americans believe our leaders are focusing on the wrong issues.

They’re busy pushing their green agenda and a highly questionable spending bill, while the country struggles with very real issues like rampant immigration and skyrocketing inflation.

In regards to the Vice President, many southern state leaders say she’s done absolutely nothing to help the border situation.

She was supposed to be the “border czar” and yet, it seems the federal government has largely ignored the immensely strained border, and illegal activity remains at historic levels.

Throw in the inflation problem and both Biden and Harris aren’t looking good right now.

If the situation doesn’t start to turn around, we can expect approval ratings to remain low. And as a consequence, more high-ranking staffers might be calling it quits in Washington.
