There is a long list of dirty congressman and state legislators in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and many of them have ended up in jail. Heck, the Obama Department of Justice locked up four Philadelphia traffic court judges causing the traffic court division to be shut down entirely.
The last thing the Democrats want is a ballot audit being done in Pennsylvania because Lord knows what may have gone on in Philadelphia. Which is why Biden was sent to Philadelphia and gave a speech attacking Republican voter integrity bills. They are trying to intimidate the GOP run state legislators from conducting an Arizona style ballot audit.
The elites are going to kick and scream about this one because even they have no idea what went on (if anything). There’s no reason to make any accusations because history shows the under belly of elections in Philadelphia is shady.
On May 21, 2020 Democratic committee person and judge of elections plead guilty to for accepting bribes and ballot stuffing.
So no one can say we are making it up, from the Philadelphia Inquirer:
A former judge of elections and Democratic committeeperson from South Philadelphia has pleaded guilty to accepting thousands of dollars in bribes to inflate the vote totals for three Democratic candidates for Common Pleas Court judge in 2015, and for other Democratic candidates for office in 2014 and 2016, U.S. Attorney William M. McSwain announced Thursday.
Domenick J. DeMuro, 73, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to deprive Philadelphia voters of their civil rights by fraudulently stuffing the ballot boxes for the judicial candidates and for other candidates seeking office in the 2014 and 2016 primary elections.
In 1994, a Federal judge invalidated an election because Democrats were found to have stolen a State Senate seat by using absentee ballots.
Again so no one can scream fake news, from the New York Times:
Judge Newcomer ruled that the Democratic campaign of William G. Stinson had stolen the election from Bruce S. Marks in North Philadelphia’s Second Senatorial District through an elaborate fraud in which hundreds of residents were encouraged to vote by absentee ballot even though they had no legal reason — like a physical disability or a scheduled trip outside the city — to do so.
In many instances, according to Republicans who testified during a four-day civil trial last week, Democratic campaign workers forged absentee ballots. On many of the ballots, they used the names of people who were living in Puerto Rico or serving time in prison, and in one case, the voter had been dead for some time.
In November of 2012 the Philadelphia Magazine published a report calling for an investigation into how elections are run in the city because of data after the 2008 election. However, even they relented “there’s a lot of smoke but no fire.”
In 2015, four Philadelphia election officials were arrested by District Attorney Seth Williams (Democrat, who also ended up in jail for accepting “favors”). According to the criminal complaint a poll watcher observed election officials add votes to a voting machine.
From NBC 10:
On the night before Philly’s primary, four local election officials are accused of casting extra votes in order to balance their numbers.
Once the polling place, the Hancock Recreation Center on 1401 N. Hancock Street, closed, the four suspects added six more votes to one of the machines to make the votes cast and sign-in books match, investigators said. Collins held the voting machine curtain open while Thomas was at the back of the machine, according to officials. Collins then allegedly registered several votes on the machine after the polls closed.
After each vote, Collins allegedly said, “one more time” and Thomas reset the machine for him to register new votes, investigators said. The poll watcher told police there were no voters inside the polling place and the doors were locked while votes were cast. Investigators say they verified the poll watcher’s testimony by examining the voting cartridge.
These are just three examples and there are a lot more so if I were the democrats, yeah I’d be worried about a ballot audit too.
