It’s no secret that since leaving office, Donald Trump’s popularity has grown. Perhaps that has something to do with the fact that Joe Biden is one of the worst “presidents” we’ve ever seen? Biden has failed to make good on his promises, only triggering countless crises and disasters.
We’ve seen recent polls that pit Biden and Trump against each other in a 2024 rematch. Most of them had Trump winning by a close margin. But as we close out 2021, we see that the gap is widening – by a lot.
More voters would choose former President Donald Trump over President Joe Biden if the election were held today, according to a new Center for American Greatness poll…
Forty-nine percent of respondents said they would vote for Trump if the election were held today, compared to Biden’s 41 percent. An additional ten percent had no opinion or were undecided.
The latest poll reveals that Trump is beating Biden in a possible 2024 race by an eye-opening 8 points. Previous polls had Trump winning, but by only a point or two. But this movement is significant and should have Democrats worried.
It seems some Americans are having a major case of buyer’s remorse. They rejected Donald Trump, despite his many accomplishments over his first term. Many Americans have lost so much confidence in Biden, that they don’t even expect him to finish his first term. Some think he could even be pushed out via the 25th Amendment.
But if he is foolish enough to stay in the running for 2024, we know what could happen. Trump is the top pick among GOP candidates, based on numerous polls. There is a good chance he will return to politics for the next election.
We shouldn’t be surprised to see more polls like this in the coming year. And for Trump’s lead to get even bigger.
