Plenty of us still remember the fallout of 2016. While millions of Americans were celebrating the election of Donald Trump, others were outraged. A new condition was coined, called “Trump Derangement Syndrome.” And those who suffered from it quickly lost their cool, sometimes doing the unthinkable.
That was the case for a man who voted for Clinton in 2016. He ended up having a heated argument with a man about the election. He lost his temper, drew a gun, and killed the man’s wife. Now, he is facing justice for his unacceptable actions.
From NBC News:
A Southern California man who shot and killed a woman holding her 2-year-old son during an argument over the 2016 presidential election was sentenced to 35 years to life in prison.
John Kevin McVoy Jr., 40, of Corona, received the maximum sentence Monday after being convicted of murder last month, the Long Beach Press-Telegram reported.
John Kevin McVoy was sentenced to 35 years in jail for killing Susan Garcia, the wife of a former bandmate, Victor Garcia. The man committed the act during an argument over the 2016 Election. Apparently, he was outraged that Garcia would confront him over voting for Hillary Clinton.
Of course Hillary hasn’t said a word about his sentencing. We checked. Of course she wouldn’t want to attract attention to it.
What’s interesting to note is how the liberal media is covering this crime and the subsequent trial. Sen. Ted Cruz seemed to notice the problem.

Cruz pointed out how the media isn’t mentioning the race of the people involved. He asked how they would have reacted, had the affiliations been reversed. I think we all know the MSM would be treating this story very differently if a Trump supporter was going to jail.
In fact, you might not have even known about this trial. Very few major outlets are covering it. If the roles were reversed, this would be headline news every night. We would not have heard the end of it (remember Kyle Rittenhouse)?
Yet when it was a white Clinton supporter hurting a Hispanic Trump supporter, it almost seems as if the media doesn’t care. I thought it was very important to them that minorities were respected and defended. Where is the support for this suffering family?
