According to nearly every metric, the Biden presidency is a failure. His approval is sub-30%. His economy is a train wreck. And he’s letting our enemies run wild.
But according to CNN’s Van Jones, Biden’s doing great! He even gets an “A.” But only if you, you know, ignore everything he’s done recently.

CNN political commentator Van Jones said Thursday on CNN’s “OutFront” that President Joe Biden was doing a great job if you ignored “the past six months of nutty stuff.”…
“So, listen, if you just erase the past six months of nutty stuff, it looks like you’ve got a president that can get an infrastructure bill done, get COVID stuff done, get something done for the American people on climate, get something done on chips. That’s a successful presidency. You just have the past six months of nonsense that takes away from it.”
Um… am I taking crazy pills or is Van Jones? The sad CNN commentator claimed that Biden is doing a “great job,” as long as you ignore the entire year so far.
And if you ignore all of 2021 and most of what he did in 2020!
Jones tried to string together some kind of victory over the news that Democrats might be able to pass a very watered-down version of Biden’s socialist spending plan.
Not much of a victory there, when you consider the economy is still in freefall.
He tried to gaslight viewers by pointing to Biden’s “successes” of last year. Which were… hang on… there somewhere.
Jones points to the infrastructure bill, which did nothing to curb inflation or other economic problems.
He said Biden got “COVID stuff done.” Really? More people got sick under Biden than Trump. Even he got sick.
The only “stuff” he managed to do is trample the Constitution by threatening 100 million American jobs.
Oh, and he said Biden got “something done for the American people on climate.”
Does he mean the insane regulation that shut down our energy industry, triggered skyrocketing gas prices, and sparked runaway inflation?
Even if you ignore the last six months, Biden is far from doing a great job.
