Lauren Boebert has rapidly ascended the list of emerging Republican stars.
She resembles the GOP’s AOC, except she is sensible and intelligent.
And right now, Rep. Boebert (R-CO) is putting up a plan that has Chuck Schumer and his allies on edge.
Rep. Lauren Boebert of southern and western Colorado gained notoriety for battling the far-attempts Left’s to seize firearms even before she was elected to Congress.
In November 2020, Boebert won the election, unseating a five-term incumbent RINO Representative.
Prior to that, Boebert made national headlines in September 2019 by challenging former presidential candidate Beto O’Rourke at a town hall gathering in Aurora on his suggestion for a gun buy-back scheme akin to the one in Australia.

Later that month, Boebert participated in a meeting of the Aspen City Council and took the lead in speaking against legislation requiring that all public facilities be gun-free zones.
She later organized the “We Will Not Comply!” protest against Colorado’s infamous “Red Flag” law, which would have given anyone, for nearly any reason, the ability to file a complaint about a gun owner and have their firearms seized.
In her brief stint in Congress, Boebert has maintained her steadfast support, advocating legislation like the NO REGISTRY Rights Act.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms would be required by the measure to destroy all of its internal records on firearm sales and transfers.
The formerly-owned eatery is now making it abundantly obvious that she does not support the purported “compromise” Senate gun control bill.
The so-called “Bipartisan Safer Communities Act” violates the legal rights of law-abiding persons, according to Boebert, and will have little to no effect on preventing mass shootings and reducing gun violence.
A small number of Senate RINOs who do not represent the interests and values of the American people drafted this poorly written measure behind closed doors.

The law has already been approved by the Senate and House, and President Joe Biden has signed it.
The “compromise” bill was approved by 15 RINO senators, including Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, John Cornyn of Texas, Thom Tillis of North Carolina, Richard Burr of North Carolina, Roy Blunt of Missouri, Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia, Bill Cassidy of Louisiana, Susan Collins of Maine, Joni Ernst of Iowa, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Rob Portman of Ohio, Mitt Romney of Utah, Pat To (IN).
The bill increases the waiting period for purchasing a firearm from three to ten days, adds additional background checks for those under the age of 21, and broadens the definition of “relationship” for the purposes of enforcing the laws to basically include anyone one had an affair with in the past. It also offers financial incentives for states to pass “Red Flag” laws.
Nevertheless, Boebert has just filed fresh legislation in the House that will essentially nullify the current law.
The Shall Not Be Infringed Act, according to Boebert, “completely repeals this unconstitutional bill and safeguards the Second Amendment rights of all Americans.”
