Rep Marjorie Taylor Greene Clashes With Democrats – During Jan 6 Meeting Gets In A Shouting Match On The House Floor

Tensions are growing in D.C., as Democrats pursue everything but the problems facing the United States. As countless crises ravage the country, what is the House doing? Wasting time with a “commission” about January 6th.

Plenty of Americans have voiced their disgust over this Congress. And so have House Republicans, the current minority. It appears those tensions came to a head this week, as Republican Marjorie Taylor Greene confronted RINO Cheney and one of her Democrat cohorts.

From The Hill:

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.), tangled with two members of the Jan. 6 committee on the House floor Thursday, getting into an impromptu shouting match…

“This is a joke,” Greene said, her voice rising, referring to the Jan. 6 investigation and the Bannon contempt vote. “Why don’t you investigate something people actually care about?”

Pro-Trump Republican Rep. Greene confronted Liz Cheney and Jamie Raskin over the ongoing January 6th “commission.” Greene challenged the two swamp lovers, asking why they weren’t investing real issues that Americans care about? She went on to reference the BLM protests from last year that left numerous cities in ashes.

The Democrats dismissed Greene and accused her of chasing after conspiracy theories. Greene fired back, calling the Democrat a “joke” as tempers were flaring.

Republicans have questioned the legitimacy of Pelosi’s so-called commission. Democrats are willing to spend countless hours and tax dollars over the event of January 6th. But they have completely ignored the months-long rioting, looting, and destruction caused by Antifa and BLM during the Summer of 2020.

Greene demanded the House investigate issues that Americans “actually care about.” A plea that will likely fall on deaf ears, as long as Democrats continue to control Congress. House Democrats previously tried to remove Greene from office soon after she was elected, accusing her of “insurrection” over her support of Trump.
