During an appearance on CNN Dr. Fauci flip-flopped on wearing masks outdoors. The infectious disease “expert” told host, Jim Acosta that, “the risk when you’re outdoors – which we have been saying all along – is extremely low. And if you are vaccinated, it’s even lower. So you’re going to be hearing about those kinds of recommendations soon.”
Never mind the fact for a year we’ve known you don’t need to wear a mask outdoors.

The night after Fauci’s flip-flop, CNN’s Kaitlan Collins announced that Biden is going to update outdoor mask orders for those vaccinated.
However, the clown crew is leaving out those that have survived COVID and a follow up study published in one of the top scientific journals in the world is being ignored by the Administration.
Back in February 5, 2021 a peer reviewed study published in Science Magazine found that the immune system memory of those with COVID anti-bodies was fantastic and lasted up to at least 8 months. Well, an updated study published on April 21, 2021 has found even better results, the immune system keeps up its defense after infection (or vaccination) and over time actually bolsters its defense.
From Science Magazine:
A major focus of investigation for researches studying severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS CoV-2) is how long immunological memory persists after infection. In this study, Bilich et al. specifically explored the kinetics of SARS-CoV-2–specific T cell responses in two cohorts of patients up to 6 months after infection. The authors found that, whereas antibody responses wane, T cell responses to SARS-CoV-2 antigens remain consistent or increase over time. These findings are supported by other studies and suggest that vaccines that elicit T cell responses may be essential for providing long-term protection against SARS-CoV-2 infection.
This is good news and it would be nice if health officials actually shared it instead of played politics.
One last thing, while Biden and Fauci are changing their guidance on wearing masks outdoors Florida and Texas (who have no mask mandates) have fewer cases than Pennsylvania and New York.
This was Florida over the weekend.
